Rental Agreement: A simple contactless rental agreement is required to be signed for your stay. Guest Registration: To ensure your security and resort access, a quick one-time registration at the manager's office is required. We’ve made it easy—we’ll provide your digital parking pass for weekend arrivals so you can head straight to the pool! Guest parking is in the front parking lot just off of Bald Eagle Drive. Fishing: If you plan to fish from the docks, a Florida fishing license is required. Animal Policy: To maintain a high standard for guests with allergies and per HOA regulations, this is a pet-free home. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai or the front breezeway. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine. No Parties: No parties or large gatherings at any time. Respect your neighbors and keep evening noise to a minimum.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm - Absolutely no parties in the apartment at any time. - No smoking at the condo at any time. If there is smoke smell in the apartment, for any reason, there will be an additional $2,000 cleaning charge and mandatory report to Airbnb for this violation of the rules - Use of the Spa and Pool and surrounding pool deck are prohibited after sunset. - There is no parking under the buildings, under ANY circumstances. - NO foreign papers (paper towels, wipes, etc.) to be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin inside the bathroom to dispose of these items. If the bathroom gets clogged due to the violation of this rule, you will be charged a $250 and reported to Airbnb - Trash bags and recycling, once filled, or upon checkout, should be placed in the trash dumpster in the parking lot. - Lost key fob will result in $75 replacement, please keep key fobs safe and on the hook by the front door when not in use.

Great location. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats snd dolphins. The kitchen was well equipped with quality utensils, pots and pans. The condo was clean and decorated nicely

Very nice and well stocked. They had everything we needed and more. The balcony was our favorite. The view is amazing. It’s on the second floor and it was easy to get up and down with the elevator close by. The kitchen is great and having a washer and dryer was very nice. We would definitely return.

We have stayed in Marco Island multiple times over the years, all in different places, and we’ve now found where we’ll be staying every time in the future. The location is great and near Rose Marina and popular restaurants. Most importantly the beds are comfortable, place is clean, has all the amenities, and comes with a great view. The kitchen appliances were especially nice, loved the air fryer/oven! Thanks for the great stay!

This is our second stay in this unit. Bill and Kelly are great hosts; and their place is beautiful. Great location, beautiful view, lots to do in the area. The condo is stocked with everything you could need and then some! Small touches above and beyond; coffee bar, beach chairs/umbrella, pickle ball accessories, plenty of extra bed linens/blankets if needed, bathroom even provides shampoo/conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms.

Whether you're heading to the beach or going out for dinner, Uber is a reliable choice. Just outside the parking lot, you'll find the Island Bike Shop offering rentals. It's a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the island at your own pace. Whether you're an avid cyclist or a casual rider, you'll enjoy the freedom that comes with a bike ride. For a unique island experience, try The Wave golf cart transportation. These golf carts are a fun, easy, and environmentally friendly way to navigate Marco Island.
