Newly renovated lanai offers breathtaking water views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Maybe even catch some dolphins at play! Stunning waterfront pools with an abundance of lounge chairs just steps from the balcony. Tables and chairs under the cabana if shade is your preference. Beach/ Pool towels provided. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully renovated kitchen, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Air-fryer and crock pot included. Too many appliances to list. The spacious dining area offers seating for four. Coffee bar includes a Keurig coffee machine stocked with K cups, variety of sweeteners, creamer and stirrers. Two bathrooms means no waiting. Freshen up at your own pace in the morning and before dinner. Hairdryer provided. Bath, hand and makeup towels provided. The in-unit laundry facilities include a washer, dryer and complimentary detergent pods, adding a touch of home to your vacation. Our home perfectly located just around the corner from Snook Inn, Boardroom Tavern, Smith House & Collier House. Lots of great live music every night. No car needed. Marina with snacks and fishing supplies a short walk along the docks. Take your chance at making a big catch! Fishing license required. Want to grill? No problem! Use the gas grills on property. Your can feel the relaxation already.

Other Details to Note

Guest registration at the managers office is required on the first weekday of your stay. You can park in the outer lot for free. If you prefer to be in the inner lot you can pay a one time $30 guest parking fee paid onsite to the HOA. Friday arrivals will be provided with a digital parking pass for the weekend to allow time to register on Monday. The complex has a strict no animal policy. If you need to bring a furry friend another complex would be a better option. This is an HOA policy, not ours. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai or the front breezeway. No parties or large gatherings at any time. Respect your neighbors and keep evening noise to a minimum.

Guest Access

Your stay starts with contactless check-in via our smart lock doors. You will have full and private access to this beautiful space, ensuring a truly memorable vacation with all the privacy you desire. Prior to your stay you will receive a customized digital guestbook providing many useful tidbits for the condo, amenities and all of the special places that make Marco Island so magical. Frictionless digital check-in and check-out including custom door code provided. In addition to the modern condo furnishings take advantage of the many wonderful outdoor amenities including Two (2) heated waterfront pools and two (2) hot tubs, walks along the docks, marina & shop. Tennis and pickleball court and grills. Tennis rackets, balls, Pickleball paddle and balls provided. No need to carry your luggage or vacation supplies up and down stairs. Take the elevator! The community offers a hotel luggage cart and shopping carts for guest use. Once you have finished using the carts and convenient elevator please return them to aide future guests.

My daughter and I felt right at home! The water view was beautiful and it was so easy to relax. An abundance of amenities were supplied, right down to ice packs to use in our beach cooler. We absolutely recommend and will rebook when we return. Thanks for the great stay!

This has to be the best equipped rental in FL! Bill and Kelly have thought of everything! Shampoo and conditioner that won’t destroy your hair, keurig including a variety of coffee pods AND creamers and several types of sweeteners, beach chairs AND umbrellas, washer/dryer AND detergent, hair dryer, beach towels, books to read and much more! Spectacular views, friendly front office staff, secure area to park and the list goes on. The king bed so comfy, perfect seating in the living room to watch movies on the large TV. We didn’t cook any meals, but kitchen equipped with all of the essentials had we wanted to. Walking distance to Snook Inn with live music and delicious food. I was also so impressed with how responsive the owners were to any of our questions or concerns during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

This was our first time in Marco and we absolutely loved it. Bill and Kelly’s place was perfect. They set you up for success from beginning to end. We took our 2 and 4 year old and they loved standing on the patio watching the boats and dolphins. They have everything you need for all day beach stays. The air fryer was perfect for quick meals. 5*+. We would for sure stay here again. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

This is the spot to stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marco Island or even Florida in general. If we’re ever back in this area this will be where we’d like to be! Bill and Kelly’s place is so clean and felt like home. Beautiful views from the patio and so nice to wake up to! I saw dolphins from the patio! Also a momma and baby dolphin that were regularly right outside near the properties retaining wall - less than 5 ft from my feet. Just an amazing place to stay and an amazing property. Pool area was wonderful, staff on site were also so nice. Perfect for my family of three but also had a trundle and blow up mattress available, too. There were so many extras that were great to have on hand that Bill and Kelly made available for use. So grateful for their generosity!

This is the cleanest and best equipped condo that we have rented. Beautiful view and walkable to several restaurants. We would return if we are to be in this location again. They thought of every detail to enhance your stay.

This place is beautiful and has everything and more for a perfect stay on Marco Island. Everything that you could possibly need for cooking and lounging is included. It is within waking distance to the Island bikes and they rent bikes as well as motorized fun. There are also quite a few restaurants close by. The area is very quiet but is close enough to night life. The quality of the amenities was top notch, especially bath products. We will defiantly stay again if in the area.

We can't say enough about the quality of this space. Immaculate and beautiful with great touches like extra hangers, abundant towels and supplies. The layout of the space is so smart with the two baths and abundant views of the water. I even befriended a personal dolphin who returned each day to giggle and play along the dock wall. Such a value compared to the overpriced hotels. Bill and Kelly were proactive and responded quickly when we had a question. Walking distance to everything and bike rentals rigjt there! When we return to the area it will be our go-to spot!

We were thrilled that the condo was just as described. We wanted a peaceful stay for a long weekend and this was just that. We were able to enjoy the lanai morning and evening watching boats, birds and dolphins. We were able to visit a few different beaches all within minutes of the condo. Had a variety of restaurants to choose from, within walking distance even. The bed was so incredibly comfortable! The condo being furnished with pretty much everything was a huge bonus! The only 3 things to note: the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable so we couldn't sit out there too long. Two additions that I think would be ideal, a beach cart (some of the beaches have quite a trek) and a fan for air movement and white noise (the ceiling fan was out during our stay)! Other than that perfection! Bill and Kelly were likely the most responsive hosts I have had.

For a unique island experience, try The Wave golf cart transportation. These golf carts are a fun, easy, and environmentally friendly way to navigate Marco Island. They're perfect for short trips around the island or a leisurely drive to enjoy the beautiful scenery. If you're looking to spend a day on the water, there are multiple marinas offering daily boat rentals. It's a fantastic way to explore the surrounding waters and maybe even spot some local wildlife!
