The condo offers a master bedroom with a soft memory foam king bed, ensuring your nights are as restful as your days are fun. High quality linens, pillows, comforter, blankets & towels all provided. Stunning waterfront pools with an abundance of lounge chairs just steps from the balcony. Tables and chairs under the cabana if shade is your preference. Beach/ Pool towels provided. For your beach enjoyment, we provide two umbrellas, four beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and insulated cooler bag. Newly renovated lanai offers breathtaking water views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Maybe even catch some dolphins at play! Whip up a delicious meal in the fully renovated kitchen, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Air-fryer and crock pot included. Too many appliances to list. The spacious dining area offers seating for four. Coffee bar includes a Keurig coffee machine stocked with K cups, variety of sweeteners, creamer and stirrers. Two bathrooms means no waiting. Freshen up at your own pace in the morning and before dinner. Hairdryer provided. Bath, hand and makeup towels provided. The in-unit laundry facilities include a washer, dryer and complimentary detergent pods, adding a touch of home to your vacation. Our home perfectly located just around the corner from Snook Inn, Boardroom Tavern, Smith House & Collier House. Lots of great live music every night. No car needed. Three smart tv's ensure everyone will be able to watch what they like. Enjoy on property pickleball and tennis courts. You didn't bring your paddle/ racquet? No problem, use ours! Bask in the sun at your choice of waterfront pools in a quiet & relaxing setting. Marina with snacks and fishing supplies a short walk along the docks. Take your chance at making a big catch! Fishing license required. You can feel the relaxation already.

Other Details to Note

Guest registration at the managers office is required on the first weekday of your stay. You can park in the outer lot for free. If you prefer to be in the inner lot you can pay a one time $30 guest parking fee paid onsite to the HOA. Friday arrivals will be provided with a digital parking pass for the weekend to allow time to register on Monday. The complex has a strict no animal policy. If you need to bring a furry friend another complex would be a better option. This is an HOA policy, not ours. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai or the front breezeway. Violation will result in a $2,500 fine. No parties or large gatherings at any time. Respect your neighbors and keep evening noise to a minimum. Simple rental agreement required.

House Rules

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm - Absolutely no parties in the apartment at any time. - No smoking at the condo at any time. If there is smoke smell in the apartment, for any reason, there will be an additional $2,000 cleaning charge and mandatory report to Airbnb for this violation of the rules - Use of the Spa and Pool and surrounding pool deck are prohibited after sunset. - There is no parking under the buildings, under ANY circumstances. - NO foreign papers (paper towels, wipes, etc.) to be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin inside the bathroom to dispose of these items. If the bathroom gets clogged due to the violation of this rule, you will be charged a $250 and reported to Airbnb - Trash bags and recycling, once filled, or upon checkout, should be placed in the trash dumpster in the parking lot. - Lost key fob will result in $75 replacement, please keep key fobs safe and on the hook by the front door when not in use.

Guest Access

Your stay starts with contactless check-in via our smart lock doors. You will have full and private access to this beautiful space, ensuring a truly memorable vacation with all the privacy you desire. Prior to your stay you will receive a customized digital guestbook providing many useful tidbits for the condo, amenities and all of the special places that make Marco Island so magical. Frictionless digital check-in and check-out including custom door code provided. In addition to the modern condo furnishings take advantage of the many wonderful outdoor amenities including Two (2) heated waterfront pools and two (2) hot tubs, walks along the docks, marina & shop. Tennis and pickleball court and grills. Tennis rackets, balls, Pickleball paddle and balls provided. No need to carry your luggage or vacation supplies up and down stairs. Take the elevator! The community offers a hotel luggage cart and shopping carts for guest use. Once you have finished using the carts and convenient elevator please return them to aide future guests.

Loved everything about the condo, just beautiful and had everything you would ever need. Very quiet, the location was excellent too. Bill and Kelly were very responsive to any questions we may have had and would definitely stay there again on any return visits to Marco Island!!

While we only stayed for 1 night, we were very impressed with Bill and Kelly's place. It's a very open and spacious unit with a beautiful lanai that you can sit and watch the water or storms brewing. Check in was easy and the person there was very friendly. We were able to use a cart to take our luggage up and down. It would be a great place to see the area and it has a convenient location. Snook Inn has great seafood and you can walk to it.

We loved our stay at Bill and Kelly’s place in Marco Island! The place was clean, the view of the water was gorgeous, and we felt right at home. Bill and Kelly have their place stocked with every little thing you can think of. Check in and check out was the easiest I’ve experienced through an Air BNB, and their guidebook was full of information that made navigating our stay a breeze. We cannot wait for our next stay at their place when we return to Marco Island!

This home was incredible! We traveled with kids from another part of Florida so we honestly didn’t bring much besides clothes. The home had every accommodation we needed - beach gear, extra linens, all kitchen utensils needed, coffee bar fully stocked & so much more. The view is amazing - sunrise & coffee on the balcony with dolphins swimming around the docks were breathtaking. The inside of the home is like brand new - completely spotless with everything upgraded & sparkling clean. We will definitely be back and choose this home again over any of the resorts! Bill & Kelly - your place is a gem!

My daughter and I felt right at home! The water view was beautiful and it was so easy to relax. An abundance of amenities were supplied, right down to ice packs to use in our beach cooler. We absolutely recommend and will rebook when we return. Thanks for the great stay!
